Bill Squair has been involved in the construction industry his entire adult life. Having worked for various construction companies first as a carpenter and later progressing into job estimating and control, he has over 30 years of construction experience.
His background experience includes insurance reconstruction and disaster restoration which adds to his ability to properly assess the many different aspects of home construction and to recognize any possible defects. He brings to Canadian Residential Inspection Services the type of dedicated expertise that is imperative to excel as a professional home inspector. Bill has been a member the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors since 2005 reaching their highest level of achievement as an RHI ( Registered Home Inspector ) in 2008 with RHI # C1800272 as well as a National Certificate Holder #NCA00272 since 2008. Bill acquired his PHI (Professional Home Inspector) designation with the Alberta Professional Home Inspectors Society at its inception in 2017.
